The Early-Stage Start-Up Application package includes:
- Submit a complete business plan no more than 10 pages in length
- Business Capabilities statement
- Submit the following documents
- Articles of incorporation and status (if applicable)
- Resumes of the founder(s) and key team members
- Copies of insurance
- Licenses (if applicable)
- Trademarks and patent registrations (if applicable)
- Contracts (award letters, invoices, work orders, work agreements)
- 12 months estimated revenue
Early Growth Business has been in business for more than 1 year but less than 3, has some revenue and customers and is focused on refinements and systemization.
- Submit a complete business plan no more than 10 pages in length
- Business Capabilities Statement
- Submit the following documents
- Articles of incorporation and status (if applicable)
- Resumes of the founder(s) and key team members
- Copies of insurance
- Licenses (if applicable)
- Trademarks and patent registrations (if applicable)
- Contracts (award letters, invoices, work orders, work agreements)
- Profit and Loss statement and 12-month revenue projections
- Submit a detailed list of funding being requested, how it will be utilized, the benefit it will have to your business growth, and the economic or social impact on your community.
- Submit a summary of your business journey and the status of your business operations.
Growth Stage: Growth Business has been in business for 3 or more years, has revenue and customers, and is focused on growth through expanding offerings or customer base.
Submit a complete business plan no more than 10 pages in length that outlines where business is at and how it will implement the next growth phase.

- Resumes of the founder(s) and key team members
- Copies of insurance
- Licenses (if applicable)
- Trademarks and patent registrations (if applicable)

- 2 years of Profit and Loss statements and 12-month revenue projections
- Submit a detailed list of funding being requested, how it will be utilized, the benefit it will have to your business growth, and the economic or social impact on your community.
