Vann was an cost/budget analyst at Wright-Patterson Air Force in Ohio and participated on acquisition programs. After his first tour of duty Paul participated in the Education With Industry Program and worked for National Data Corporation in their accounting department. Paul’s follow on assignment was at Scott AFB, and he was a cost analysis prior to being recruited by Mobil Oil Company in Texas. Vann was recalled to active duty and was assigned to the Pentagon for 12 consecutive years in various positions to include legislative liaison which led to him being selected as a Capitol Hill Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives, he retired as a lieutenant colonel. Paul Vann has worked at the highest level with top leadership throughout his career and is well positioned to assist organizations to achieve great success.
